Easy Ice LLC is a fast‑growth company based in Marquette, MI. The Enterprise Business Development Manager is a strategic hunter‑focused sales role responsible for acquiring new multi‑location chain customers across all Easy Ice markets nationwide. This person will drive new enterprise‑level opportunities, targeting prospects with 21+ locations, and will lead the execution and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with chain customers. This position plays a critical role in accelerating growth within the national and enterprise customer segment by identifying market opportunities, conducting proactive outreach, presenting Easy Ice’s value proposition, and guiding prospects through a structured sales process to close new business. The EBDM is expected to maintain a strong pipeline, meet monthly sales objectives, and build trusted relationships with decision‑makers across large, complex organizations.
