Flinn builds compliance software for medical device companies. Our customers love us. The market is massive. The only bottleneck is access - and that's your job. Build the outbound engine. Hunt the top medical device companies in the US. Find the angle that gets through. And if you close well, you'll be running your own accounts within 18 months. Requirements

  • A genuine drive to hunt - you enjoy the pursuit, not just the close, and you don't need external motivation to pick up the phone
  • AI nativeness in your daily workflow - not because your manager told you to, but because you're always looking for an edge
  • The creativity to find angles others miss - into hard accounts, hard personas, hard industries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication - you can write a cold email that gets a reply and run a call that earns a next step
  • Resilience that doesn't need managing - rejection is data, not defeat
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for customer meetings, company offsites and industry events
  • Be NYC-based

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound sequences targeting enterprise medical device and healthtech companies across the US
  • Find creative angles into hard-to-reach decision-makers - the kind that require research, insight, creativity, and nerve, not templates
  • Improve and expand our AI tool stack (Clay, Apollo, Claude, Twain, LGM) to enable hyper-personalized, relevant outreach at scale
  • Maintain clean pipeline data in HubSpot to support hypothesis-driven decisions
  • Iterate constantly: test new messages, channels, and approaches, and share what works with the team
  • Work closely with our Founding member to help establish Flinn as the market leader in the US and share your insights with the European sales team
