About The Position

Ardoq is a global SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape by providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business. This platform connects systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation. Ardoq assists complex organizations like ExxonMobil and British Telecom in gaining clarity in a changing world and is backed by leading global tech investors. As an Enterprise Architecture Consultant in the new Onboarding team, the role involves guiding enterprise organizations that often lack a clear navigation system for digital transformation. The consultant will help these organizations by transforming their fragmented data into a living, connected digital twin, moving them from mere documentation to decision intelligence, and ensuring they realize measurable value from Ardoq within weeks.

Requirements

  • The Connector: Ability to communicate effectively with both CTOs and Developers, simplifying complex technical challenges through structured problem-solving.
  • SaaS Native: Understanding of the pace of a high-growth SaaS business and eagerness to be coached into a world-class consultant.
  • German Proficiency: Intermediate German language skills, capable of navigating complex business discussions and technical documentation in both English and German.
  • Action-Oriented: Proactive in solving client problems promptly and with high energy, without waiting for instructions.
  • AI-Fluent: Proficient in orchestrating AI and eager to demonstrate how AI-powered modeling can eliminate manual busywork for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding the Journey: Lead technical workshops (in German and English), helping new customers map their core systems and processes into Ardoq.
  • Building the Blueprint: Translate a client’s IT landscape into a clean, automated metamodel, revealing previously unknown dependencies.
  • Being the Expert: Collaborate closely with the Onboarding team to refine delivery playbooks, ensuring they are "Cloud-native and AI-driven".
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Sync with Sales, Services, Product and Customer Success to ensure the "Customer Value Plan" initiated during onboarding becomes a long-term reality.
