About The Position

The SAP Enterprise Architect for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) will lead strategic architecture and solution design for large-scale transformation programs across industries. This role ensures alignment of SAP EAM solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS experience with 3-4 full lifecycle implementations.
Deep expertise in SAP EAM and Asset Operations & Maintenance.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, IS-U, SAP BTP, and integration frameworks.
Ability to prepare functional design specs for workflows, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Solution Leadership: Define and communicate SAP EAM architecture strategies, reference models, and roadmaps.
Implementation Expertise: Oversee SAP S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations, and optimization of legacy systems.
Process Design: Conduct business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and blueprinting for EAM processes (Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Customer Service).
Integration: Design scalable solutions leveraging SAP PM, PS, CS, IAM Suite, Asset Manager, and integration with cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS).
Governance & Advisory: Provide thought leadership, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
