The Enterprise Architect is responsible for leading large enterprise transformation engagements, complex multi practice E360 CX transformations, architecture governance, vision and roadmap and ensuring optimal solutions are architected and developed across many workstreams to meet the client business challenges. In addition, you will elevate TTEC Digital's relationships with our clients by approaching them through a customer experience lens and architecting bleeding-edge technology solutions while becoming a trusted advisor. Requirements

Is able to write moderately complex data queries and/or simple low-code routines
Has 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery, and is able to recommend whether an Agile, traditional/waterfall, or hybrid approach is most suitable for a project
Has 5+ years’ experience leading consulting projects for enterprise clients with three or more of the following types (or comparable) of projects, and is considered a go-to source of knowledge for others: Implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft D365 CE including but not limited to configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc. Implementing, configuring and customizing Power Platform including but not limited to Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps Upgrading/migrating CRM on-premise to D365 Sales Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or D365 Sales Implementing D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, or Customer Insights Migrating data and and/or implementing integrations to and from D365
Is able to identify whether a routine of high complexity should be implemented via a no-code solution or via a software development effort
Has four or more Microsoft D365 certifications
Is a constant learner, and is proactive and passionate about seeking out educational opportunities, achieving certifications, following market trends, and overall self-improvement
