As an Enterprise Application Administrator, you will manage vendor-purchased enterprise applications. In addition, you will participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Design solutions to meet business and IT requirements. Assist with the definition of business requirements, scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of configuration activities. Work with clients to assess the current state of processes and tools, define the requirements, and configure solutions. Support daily system administration responsibilities, which will include but is not limited to: system setup and customization, user setup, user training, case submittal to application vendor, user troubleshooting, application updates, and routine maintenance. Perform upgrades and proactively monitor event logs for changes and errors. Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for enterprise applications in conjunction with end-users and department managers. Proactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes to improve third party application functionality, and track problems and incidents to resolution. Create and maintain system procedures, providing training and documentation as required to successfully implement solutions for third party applications. Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity. We’re looking for someone who can be passionate about their job and have fun doing it, who will deliver results with integrity, and who enjoys finding ways to enhance the lives of others every day.
