The Enterprise Account Manager owns post-sale relationships for enterprise payment processing (Scratch Checkout) accounts, with a focus on driving adoption, performance, retention, and expansion across large, multi-site veterinary organizations. This role acts as a strategic operator and partner to enterprise groups, ensuring successful rollout and ongoing performance of payments across hundreds of locations. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with corporate and veterinary practice stakeholders. This role is focused on large enterprise accounts (100+ locations) and requires the ability to navigate complex organizations, multiple stakeholders, and distributed operations.
