The Enterprise Account Manager role is responsible for providing strategic account management and financial sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of existing mid-market customers. This includes developing and managing overall account strategies for specific named account customers, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, and retaining embedded base services. The role also involves overall customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction, in addition to delivering annual customer revenue and retention objectives.
