About The Position

As an Account Manager at Conveo, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across insights, marketing, product, and strategy at global Fortune 500 brands. Your goal is to build deep, strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers, helping them understand the transformative value Conveo brings to their organization. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer advocacy, and enterprise expansion, becoming the trusted advisor who guides customers through adoption, budget cycles, internal alignment, and long-term partnership planning. You will play a critical role in shaping how major enterprises scale Conveo across markets and teams — identifying new opportunities, navigating complex political environments, championing our product internally, and ensuring that Conveo becomes a strategic capability for your accounts. Your mandate: own renewals end-to-end, drive meaningful expansion, and turn initial champions into enterprise-wide advocates who help promote Conveo across their organization. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role in which you will: Build and own senior-level relationships across your accounts. Map the organization to understand decision-makers, influencers, and key internal stakeholders. Lead renewal and expansion motions in partnership with Customer Success and Sales leadership. Identify new use cases, markets, and teams to drive multi-team, multi-market adoption. Help champions position Conveo internally by crafting compelling ROI, impact stories, and value narratives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Market Research or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills: active listener, clear writer, strong at framing trade‑offs and influencing decisions
  • High energy, sense of ownership, and bias to action. You are comfortable in a fast‑moving, low‑politics, high‑standards environment.
  • Comfortable working with AI‑driven products and translating technical concepts into simple narratives for non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with enterprise or upper‑midmarket accounts, ideally in CPG, Tech, Pharma, or Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with market research or marketing workflows (qual research, panels, moderating, survey/interview design).
  • Technological affinity and ability to play with AI tools like clay, lovable & others
