Zogo is currently seeking a focused, highly motivated, full-time Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. Zogo has reached over 250+ partnerships because of our fast-paced, team- oriented attitude. We don’t set goals to meet them, we set goals to exceed them. This role will focus primarily as a liaison between our top Enterprise clients and the Zogo team and play a critical role in executing Zogo's revenue goals through renewals and upsells. The Enterprise Account Manager role will be critical for onboarding and maintaining enterprise accounts, and ensuring that enterprise clientele are on track to renew. Individuals in this role will also be responsible for coordinating with Sales team members around new client information and pre-sale conversations. Enterprise Account Managers will oversee every step of the enterprise client journey, from onboarding to establishing KPI’s, creating upsell opportunities, QBR’s, and preliminary renewal discussions.
