Enterprise Account Executive - Casino Segment Location: Las Vegas, NV (Local presence required) Relay is a Raleigh, NC based cloud-based technology platform that helps frontline teams improve communications, increase employee safety, and improve their productivity. Job Summary We are seeking a powerhouse Enterprise Account Executive to dominate the Las Vegas Casino market. This isn’t a territory for generalists; we need a seasoned strategist who understands the heartbeat of the Strip and Downtown. At Relay, we are disrupting the status quo of hospitality operations with our next-generation communication platform. You will be responsible for navigating the complex web of Las Vegas’s largest Integrated Resorts, moving beyond simple vendor status to become a strategic partner for the world’s most iconic gaming brands. Requirements

  • 7+ Years of "The Strip" Experience: Proven track record selling high-ticket enterprise solutions directly to Las Vegas casino-resorts.
  • The "Rolodex": Deep, existing relationships with C-level executives and VPs of Operations within the major gaming operators.
  • Operational Fluency: An intimate understanding of how an Integrated Resort functions—you know the difference between back-of-house (BOH) needs and front-of-house (FOH) expectations.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience selling integrated hardware/software (SaaS) solutions; you understand how to talk "integration" with IT and "ROI" with Finance.
  • Negotiation Prowess: A history of closing complex, multi-year contracts involving multiple stakeholders and procurement committees.
  • Local Market Expertise: You live and breathe the Las Vegas market; you know the players, the politics, and the pace.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a surgical sales plan targeting the big players and independent Integrated Resorts across the Strip and Downtown.
  • C-Suite & Property-Level Navigation: Masterfully navigate the dual-layer decision-making process of Las Vegas (Corporate HQ vs. Property-level General Managers).
  • Operational Pain Point Identification: Conduct deep-dive assessments into the friction points of casino operations, from Housekeeping and F&B to Security and Engineering.
  • High-Stakes Presentations: Deliver high-impact demonstrations that prove how Relay’s technology improves guest satisfaction scores and employee safety.
  • Complex Cycle Management: Lead the charge through the marathon sales cycles typical of the gaming industry, from initial pilot programs to full-scale enterprise rollout.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Relay’s Product and Success teams to ensure our hardware/software ecosystem integrates seamlessly with existing casino tech stacks.
  • Industry Ambassadorship: Maintain a constant presence at key industry events (G2E, etc.) and within local networks to keep Relay top-of-mind.
