Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE's manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs and matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years of Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. (Required)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of Technology or wireless Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies in the Region. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services fully.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard.
  • Research business information about prospects.
  • Contract and sales negotiations.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
