About The Position

Join a high-growth AI startup as an early GTM hire. You will drive the enterprise sales motion, selling a sophisticated AI code reviewer to engineering leaders at top software organizations. Partnering directly with founders, you’ll transition the company from 7,000+ customers to a dominant enterprise force in the developer productivity space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, with at least 2 years successfully navigating complex enterprise deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Proven technical fluency selling developer tools or infrastructure, with the ability to discuss APIs and codebases comfortably with senior engineers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage environments (Series A–C), capable of building structure from scratch in a zero-to-one sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing technical and economic buyers at major software organizations.
  • Collaborate with founders and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product roadmaps, pricing models, and expansion playbooks.
  • Demonstrate deep technical fluency by articulating the value of AI code integrations and model behaviors to sophisticated engineering leadership.
