About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by managing strategic enterprise accounts in a dynamic, high-impact SaaS environment. You will quarterback complex deals, cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders across Fortune 100/500 companies, and selling a sophisticated experience management platform. Success in this position comes from combining strategic insight, consultative selling, and a data-informed approach to consistently exceed quotas. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption for clients. This role offers significant autonomy, career growth, and the ability to make a tangible impact on enterprise client outcomes. Travel up to 50% may be required to maintain strong client engagement and relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5–10+ years of enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or experience management platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience using MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies.
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contract discussions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic thinker, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic enterprise deals within your territory, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop deep relationships with clients and stakeholders across all organizational levels to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the platform and competitive landscape to craft compelling proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful enterprise engagements.
  • Drive value for clients by demonstrating platform capabilities, building business cases, and guiding clients through complex solution adoption.
