Let’s shape the future together—one order at a time! We’re looking to hire a high-output hunter to drive new logo acquisition within our most strategic accounts. This role will drive new revenue by optimizing our sales funnel using outbound strategies and tactics while also capturing qualified inbounds Reporting to the VP of Sales, this is a full-cycle role. You will build your own pipeline, create momentum inside complex organizations, and close multi-stakeholder SaaS partnerships. Success requires strong outbound discipline, strategic territory planning, and the ability to move deals forward without relying on brand recognition or large support teams. This role is best suited for sellers who enjoy building from zero and take full ownership of pipeline creation. It’s ideal for professionals who are comfortable selling into operationally complex organizations and motivated by impact, autonomy, and accountability. Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Track record of closing complex deals with minimal support infrastructure
  • Strong outbound prospecting habits and activity consistency
  • Disciplined forecasting and territory management
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a focused territory plan
  • Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
  • Identify and penetrate high-value accounts
  • Multi-thread across Operations, IT, and Executive stakeholders
  • Lead discovery tied to measurable operational impact
  • Run tailored demonstrations aligned to customer workflows
  • Manage deal velocity and stakeholder alignment
  • Negotiate and close new partnerships
  • Consistently achieve quarterly new business targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and clean pipeline management
  • Drive urgency while qualifying effectively
  • Balance strategic account planning with daily activity output
  • Provide market feedback to Product
  • Ensure seamless transition to Implementation and Customer Success
  • Travel up to 25% for prospect meetings and industry events
