About The Position

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive new business growth within a greenfield enterprise territory, shaping relationships with senior executives and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales process—from prospecting and discovery to deal closing—while leveraging strategic account planning and deep market insights. You will work cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver value-driven solutions and establish long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment, demonstrates a hunter mentality, and has a proven track record exceeding six-figure revenue targets. This role combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, offering visibility and influence across the organization while contributing directly to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, with 5+ years selling into greenfield territories.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets ($1M+ net new ARR) and closing complex six-figure deals ($200K+) in multi-month sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and consultatively at both executive and account levels.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives across enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success acquiring new logos in competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies for complex enterprise deals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales is required; familiarity with the revenue intelligence industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely while managing up to 20% travel to client locations; based in CST.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales process within a greenfield enterprise territory, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with senior executives, understanding business goals and aligning solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop tailored account plans that account for key decision-makers, buying processes, and revenue opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions, generate excitement for solutions, and position offerings as strategic tools for enterprise growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, SDRs, and Customer Success to execute account-based strategies and optimize pipeline development.
  • Continuously refine outbound prospecting and messaging strategies to scale self-sourced opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings, establishing thought leadership and market credibility.
