About The Position

OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. We empower any brand, individual or organization to launch compliant, virtual care in weeks, not months. As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission; owning the full sales cycle for our growing enterprise customer base. This isn't just a sales job; it's a chance to build the GTM machine for an organization that is defining the health-tech category. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-growth prospects, managing a sophisticated pipeline, and closing deals that fundamentally change how healthcare is delivered. Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital health or SaaS with a proven track record of crushing quotas.
  • You possess relentless grit. No matter the hurdle, regulatory red tape or a complex procurement process, you stay level and find a solution.
  • You don't just "ride the wave"; you help build the machine. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you’re expected to own your work from start to finish.
  • You can talk shop. You understand that we are selling an infrastructure layer, not just a service, and you're comfortable discussing how our "pipes" integrate with a customer's workflow.
  • You build trust quickly and enjoy the "multi-stakeholder" dance required to win in the US healthcare system.
  • You have hands-on experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to maintain impeccable data hygiene and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Engine: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a predictable pipeline that helps us further grow our 10-figure revenue.
  • Evangelize the Platform: Lead product demos that go beyond "service selling." You’ll speak intelligently about our "Care OS," APIs, and integrations to win over modern, tech-forward buyers.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Proactively source and engage new logos through deep research and outbound outreach, targeting everything from agile digital health startups to enterprise-level organizations.
  • Tailor the Solution: Partner with prospects to understand their unique bottlenecks, be it regulatory complexity or fragmented data silos, and architect a menu of solutions from our tech stack.
  • Close with Rigor: Negotiate complex contracts and close deals with a focus on high-margin, platform-integrated revenue.
  • Collaborate to Win: Act as a liaison between the market and our product team, sharing feedback that helps our R&D team prioritize the roadmap based on "what wins deals.”
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain a pulse on telehealth regulations and competitor activities to ensure OpenLoop remains the "default choice" in the market.
