About The Position

We’re looking for a proven Enterprise and Key Account Sales professional with deep experience in driving complex SaaS sales cycles and cultivating executive-level relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a trusted advisor, and a results-oriented closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 6+ years in SaaS or technology platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in enterprise or strategic account sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics, contract structures, and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution for enterprise and key accounts.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that align customer business objectives with company solutions.
  • Engage C-level and senior business leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvement through SaaS adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with attention to discovery, business case development, and executive alignment.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota and pipeline generation goals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data integrity.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
