This position is part of the Reliability Orientation & Development Program (ROAD), a structured development opportunity designed to prepare early-career professionals for success in the mechanical and reliability engineering fields. The program focuses on fostering a foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance best practices, and engineering principles within Linde's hydrogen production operations. The engineer will report to the ROAD Program Manager and work within the Linde Gases HyCO Reliability Group. The program includes a two-year curriculum. These assignments offer hands-on experience in diverse technical areas and focus on formal training, skill-building, and on-the-job learning. They typically involve collaboration across multiple functional teams, such as Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Process Controls, Operations, Process Safety, and Project Engineering. This provides engineers with exposure to Linde's core operations while building deep knowledge in mechanical systems and reliability practices. To succeed in the program, the engineer must be open to travel within the U.S. as required for assignments. Travel within the region and periodic domestic travel may account for up to 25%.
