NY Preschool & Kids Club is a leading provider of early childhood education and private enrichment classes committed to physical, intellectual, and social experiences for children from 8 weeks to 12 years old. Through innovative classes, creative camps, one-of-a-kind birthday celebrations and events, our approach inspires each child’s inherent love of learning! The NY Preschool & Kids Club is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage the full enrollment cycle- from the first inquiry to confirmed registration. As the primary point of contact for families, you will guide them through our offerings, build meaningful relationships, and ensure a seamless and personalized enrollment experience. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education, consultative sales skills, and goal-driven mindset will be essential as you work to meet and exceed enrollment targets across your assigned locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field (or commensurate experience) required
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles (experience in early childhood education or related industries strongly preferred).
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with families.
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and data management.
  • Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Have a genuine passion for child development, family engagement, and education.
  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to family inquiries via phone, email, or in person and address questions professionally.
  • Schedule and conduct campus tours, information sessions, and participate in open houses and community events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate student and family records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative sales and effective communication of program value.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all programs and adhere to company sales standards.
  • Deliver exceptional, family-centered service at every touchpoint and represent the organization positively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, and Operations teams to support onboarding and communication.
  • Provide feedback on trends, family preferences, and opportunities for improvement to drive growth.
