As an Enrollment Specialist, you will review new client accounts to confirm client eligibility for the program, support clients on an ongoing basis by reviewing creditor documents, making updates to enrolled debts and payment schedules, and to ensure payments are made accurately and on time. Every aspect of the position centers on providing a great customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and program success. We are looking for candidates who possess the following: A positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
