About The Position

Union Day School seeks a dynamic and organized Enrollment, Recruiting, and Events Coordinator to lead our student recruitment efforts, manage the admissions process, and coordinate school events. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, event planning, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening and weekend availability for events as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for recruitment activities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process
  • Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and families
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Guide families through the application process from initial inquiry through admission decision Coordinate admissions interviews and campus visits
  • Collaborate with school leadership on admissions decisions and yield strategies
  • Track prospective family engagement and maintain an accurate admissions database
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment pipeline and admissions metrics
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified student applicants
  • Build relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and educational consultants
  • Represent Union Day School at educational fairs, open houses, and community events
  • Create compelling marketing materials and digital content to promote the school
  • Manage social media presence related to admissions and school life
  • Coordinate student ambassador and parent volunteer programs for recruitment activities
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns to reach prospective families
  • Plan and execute admissions-related events, including open houses, prospective family receptions, and admitted student events
  • Coordinate school-wide events such as orientation, back-to-school nights, and community celebrations
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, registration, and vendor coordination
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parent volunteers to ensure successful events
  • Maintain event calendar and communicate details to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all events reflect the school's mission and values
