About The Position

AMS Impact Group is seeking six enthusiastic and community-driven Enrollment Outreach Specialists to support student recruitment and enrollment growth initiatives across AMS campuses. In this role, Outreach Specialists will build relationships within the community, generate qualified family leads, and support prospective families through the enrollment process. These individuals serve as frontline brand ambassadors for AMS, helping increase awareness of AMS schools in the communities we serve. This role requires highly outgoing professionals who are comfortable initiating conversations, developing partnerships, and engaging families at community events and outreach activations. The schedule typically includes approximately 20 hours per week of community prospecting and partnership development and 20 hours per week executing outreach events and enrollment activations.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with community members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward enrollment goals
• Dependable transportation required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or community engagement
• Experience working in education, charter schools, or nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with CRM systems or enrollment platforms

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach & Lead Generation Serve as a community-facing representative and brand ambassador for AMS
• Develop and manage an assigned outreach territory
• Identify and build partnerships with apartment complexes, HOAs, small businesses, churches, and community organizations
• Secure recurring tabling opportunities and community outreach events
• Attend community events, markets, and outreach activations to promote AMS campuses
• Generate qualified family leads by inviting prospective parents to learn more about AMS schools
• Enrollment Support & Family Engagement Guide prospective families through the application and registration process
• Assist school registrars with communication and follow-up with prospective families
• Provide accurate information about AMS programs, enrollment timelines, and school offerings
• Event Execution & Outreach Activities Organize and coordinate community outreach events and activations
• Set up, manage, and break down outreach tables and materials at events
• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence while representing AMS
• Data Tracking & Follow-Up Utilize application management systems and CRM tools to track outreach activity and prospective families
• Categorize and follow up with leads to support application conversion
