And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary This position supports the Enrollment Communications Manager role on our Aetna Voluntary Enrollment Communications & Services team. Assists with the work and deliverables of multiple enrollment communications campaigns for new and existing customers. The Enrollment Communications & Services team develops and maintains a communication toolkit used to provide education to members and potential members of Aetna Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Plans. It is tasked with helping drive participation in those plans through the development of strategic enrollment communications plans. The Enrollment Communication Coordinator will help support initial enrollment and ongoing communication needs, as well as work on special projects throughout the year. They will work internally with our partners in sales, implementation, and account management, and externally with customers and consultants.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience related to marketing and/or project management or relatable experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones.
  • Technology experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years' knowledge and experience in graphic design
  • Technology experience with Salesforce.com, InDesign
  • Digital marketing and AI technology experience.
