Through personal and managerial coordination actions, ensure that all warranty returns are analyzed and tested in sufficient detail to identify failure mechanism(s), assign liability, and collect appropriate data to categorize common root causes. Provide feedback or directly implement corrective action to resolve identified failure modes. Communicate with internal and external customers on warranty and quality issues. Develop and/or refine product return processes and procedures thereby improving customer experience, enhancing product quality and reducing quality costs for industrial X-ray sources and subsystems. Develops and implements cost-effective solutions for product and process improvement.
