About The Position

Responsible for supporting a variety of semiconductor applications using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to image challenging structures. Experience in imaging samples on a wafer level taking profile, sidewalls, and top-down images on the SEM. Some experience with EDS analysis. Have knowledge on image optimization on the SEM for various materials. Have the ability to contribute to development of best-known methods (BKM) for SEM imaging of new applications. Be able to perform SEM alignments and correct basic fault conditions on metrology equipment. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills to work with large internal customer base.

Requirements

• AS/BS in related field of discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of SEM experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work a shift schedule.
• Associates degree, Technical Certificate, Diploma or higher in a technical field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in metrology or related areas.
• Experience in semiconductor experience is a plus.
