About The Position

We are seeking an onsite Engineering Team Lead. The Engineering Team Lead oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering activities within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures that engineering projects align with production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Team Lead will lead a team of engineers and technical staff to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support new product development. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in daily operations and long-term projects.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Manage capital projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Support the design and installation of new equipment and technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
Maintain documentation for processes, equipment, and project plans.
Report on engineering performance and project status to senior leadership.
