Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as senior developer and technical lead implementing .NET web MVC based applications using C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET and others)
  • Hands on working and troubleshooting experience on writing code in C#
  • Previous Team Lead Experience
  • Experience with SQL scripting for data extraction or manipulation, experience beyond MS SQL.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems (Github), and complete understanding about CI/CD and deploying to the cloud.

Responsibilities

  • As a core engineering leader, you’ll helm a team focused squarely to enhance customer experience and modernizing our internal applications.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and account management team to identify critical pain points and deliver targeted improvements that boost satisfaction.
  • You will proactively identify automation opportunities within manual processes and drive them from concept to execution.
  • Be more than 70% hands-on. (Strong skills with C# and SQL).
  • Ensure the Engineering Support team is adhering to the process and that prioritization of defects is effectively executed.
  • Work closely with project managers, product owners, and Scrum Master to ensure the on-time delivery of issue pertinent to the team.
  • Assist others in the Engineering Support Team to remove any roadblocks associated in the completion of the defect.
  • Work closely with other Architects to help design and implement new services.
  • Lead in regular code review process and mentor team in this regard.
  • Be the main point of triage for any Development related escalations pertinent to Openforce's internal applications.
  • Have regular backlog prioritization with the rest of the team.
  • Ability to recognize priority shifts and act accordingly.
  • Skilled in the delivery, development, and maintenance of web-based applications.
