About The Position

Engineering Systems & Compliance is a key role responsible for managing the engineering change management workflows (ECN Process), digital systems administration, certification tracking, and vendor coordination.  This position ensures operational continuity within the Electrical Products business unit encompassing compliance processes, enterprise tools, data accuracy, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study or equivalent.
  • Five years’ experience in a documentation management position.
  • Training in MRP systems (SAP preferred), PLM, and general office software.
  • Specific experience with business software, such as Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Accuracy in filing, indexing, keyboarding, and electronic data management techniques.
  • Vendor management and purchase order process creation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 3D and 2D CAD & vault systems (particularly Autodesk Inventor) is a plus.
