About The Position

The purpose of this role is to support Colibrium Additive's Print Operations and other operational directives. The individual should place EHS as the top priority in daily work activities. They should also have a willingness to learn new skills while meeting key deadlines. They must be able to help solve problems and work effectively with the team. Regular reporting on critical milestones and cross-functional work is a must. Specific Requirements Ability to operate in an AS9100 quality environment. Ability to prep, print, and pull builds. Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting of equipment. Understanding of mechanical equipment. Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Management Systems. General Description Execute work orders and maintain appropriate documentation in an AS9100 environment. Perform maintenance tasks and safety inspections of assigned equipment. Participate in the management of assigned lab areas including equipment, supplies, environmental health and safety (EHS), shop cleanliness. Assist in machine qualification activities and maintaining machine qualification records and traceability of assets on the floor. Participate in internal audit activities (specific to work area and expertise). Provide inputs and participate in continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives and activities. General Requirements Associate degree in applicable technical discipline from an accredited school or institution AND one (1) years' work experience OR High school diploma/GED AND three (3) years' work experience. Manufacturing experience in an advanced technology operations environment. Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Experience working a team-based environment Strong technical documentation and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Requirements

  • Associate degree in applicable technical discipline from an accredited school or institution AND one (1) years' work experience OR High school diploma/GED AND three (3) years' work experience.
  • Manufacturing experience in an advanced technology operations environment.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working a team-based environment
  • Strong technical documentation and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
