About The Position

The Pines at Sunriver is looking for a dedicated Engineering Supervisor to join our amazing team full-time. As a key member of the Resort Operations Team, the Engineering Supervisor oversees a team of maintenance technicians while coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep. Your leadership ensures our resort remains safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest and owner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • CPO certification (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2–4 years of related maintenance experience
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all resort units and public areas are in top condition
  • Coordinate schedules, assign daily tasks, and balance business needs with employee requests
  • Train, mentor, and develop your team for success
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficiency and courtesy
  • Manage budgets, records, payroll, and departmental operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Step in and assist with hands-on maintenance when needed
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
