About The Position

REC is seeking a Sr. to Mid level Engineering Recruiter to connect elite technical minds with firms in civil, mechanical, water, structural, and electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will source candidates, own relationships with hiring managers, recruit top-tier engineers, think like a marketer, and track and optimize their process.

Requirements

1–5 years of agency recruiting experience (engineering preferred)
Killer phone skills—you thrive in high-energy conversations
Self-motivation so strong it’s borderline annoying (we love that here)
The hustle and hunger to compete and win daily
Ability to manage multiple reqs without dropping the ball
Grit. Period.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sales preferably in the engineering field.
Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
