About The Position

itD is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator III to partner closely with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware programs on time in support of product development. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence across procurement, budgeting, and allocation logistics for fast-moving wearable hardware programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in hardware program coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to manage complex details and execute reliably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Location: Hybrid onsite role in Redmond, WA (minimum 3 days per week onsite) We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role within consumer electronics.
  • Hands-on experience supporting hardware development programs.
  • Experience working with domestic and international vendors.
  • Strong proficiency managing complex spreadsheets and accounting or budget-tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage procurement processes, Purchase Orders, and allocation logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technical Program Managers to support end-to-end hardware delivery for wearable programs.
  • Collect allocation requests and manage allocation distribution logistics across teams.
  • Manage procurement activities, including tracking Purchase Orders and coordinating with vendors.
  • Support budget management and forecasting through detailed tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
  • Manage multiple programs concurrently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track, organize, and maintain complex program data across spreadsheets and accounting tools.
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media content).
  • Build and contribute materials to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
