About The Position
Oversees all engineering functions in North America Key Responsibilities: Technical Strategy & Vision Define the long-term technical vision and architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. Develop and communicate a clear multi-year engineering strategy that enables scalability, performance, and innovation. Anticipate emerging technologies and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations and competitive advantage. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams to drive excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization focused on delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement. Foster an inclusive, innovative engineering culture that embraces curiosity, experimentation, and learning. Execution & Delivery Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex systems and products, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and seamless integration. Establish and optimize engineering processes, standards, and KPIs to ensure disciplined execution and predictable outcomes. Partner closely with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver high-value solutions. Scalability & Architecture Architect and guide the development of scalable, secure, and resilient platforms and systems. Address complex technical challenges with a focus on long-term sustainability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure engineering investments support future growth, operational stability, and technology modernization. Business Partnership & Influence Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic priorities and make data-driven decisions. Influence organizational direction by connecting technical capabilities with business outcomes. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
