Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience managing engineering teams within a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
• Strong technical background with the ability to challenge architectural decisions and maintain long-term quality
• Proven track record of hiring and developing talent across distributed, international engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach approximately twelve engineers across two distinct squads to foster professional growth
• Partner with Product and Staff Engineers to shape delivery roadmaps and technical priorities
• Streamline engineering processes and remove friction to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery cycles
