About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who is skilled in managing schedules, communicating effectively with the production team, verifying design requirements, and understanding drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in task management with engineers and previous supervision or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering schedules and timelines.
• Communicate efficiently with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Understand and apply knowledge of drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs.
• Manage tasks and coordinate with engineers to ensure project success.
• Supervise a team up to 9-10 engineers, including drafters and designers.
• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Lead design release and project management activities.
