Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Six or more years related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental scheduling and product output in adherence to latest global quality system standards
  • Manage departmental duties associated with planning engineering programs / projects, reviewing design and method recommendations, and purchasing / implementing new equipment
  • Manage new product development along with corporate from quoting to full production including necessary layout changes.
  • Investigate and implement new and innovative methods and technologies that align with the strategic vision of the company
  • Manage and lead the continuous improvement activities to achieve the savings targets of the plant
  • Administer operations in accordance with Creative Foam policies, priorities and budget constraints
  • Implement effective engineering methods and provide technical guidance while serving as a resource for engineers
  • Practice Creative Foam’s values in a positive manner at all times
  • Work overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirements
  • Perform all other tasks as requested and required
