We are looking for two Engineering Managers to lead high-performing teams building products that help millions of Americans regain financial stability. This role combines strong technical judgment with people leadership, requiring someone who can set direction, pressure-test decisions, and create the conditions for engineers to thrive. You will own outcomes end-to-end — what ships, how it ships, and whether your team is growing in capability and impact. The ideal candidate is a former senior individual contributor (e.g., Staff Engineer) who transitioned into management in the past few years and remains deeply product- and architecture-oriented. This is not a “manager of managers” role — it is a hands-on leadership position within a fast-scaling fintech environment. You will lead a team of 5–8 engineers and play a key role in shaping both technical systems and engineering culture.
