About The Position

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while helping build Arch’s core platform and new offerings. This is a critical role at the intersection of people leadership and technical execution. Your work will directly shape engineering culture, team velocity, and the technology that powers our clients’ investment experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Supporting team members’ technical and professional growth through regular feedback, coaching, and goal setting.
• Building Arch’s core offering, including automating lots of human processes.
• Building out new offerings, enabling technology that could power trillions of dollars of investments.
• Helping prioritize infrastructure improvements for the engineering infrastructure.
