About The Position

At WithMe, we build technology-powered amenities used nationwide through our brands, PrintWithMe and SipWithMe. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can grow high-performing teams and turn business priorities into disciplined, high-impact technical execution. In this role, you’ll serve as a key bridge between engineering and executive leadership. You’ll lead multiple engineers, shape technical direction, and ensure engineering operates as a true growth enabler.

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of engineering management experience leading teams
  • Experience managing multiple software engineers or teams in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to connect business goals to technical execution
  • Track record of building trust and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience scaling teams and systems in a growth-stage environment
  • Comfort operating in a Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE)-backed company

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT), multi-tenant architectures, or supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A) due diligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
  • Translate business strategy into clear technical roadmaps
  • Drive delivery across multiple product or platform initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Operations
  • Establish metrics and accountability for team performance
  • Influence architectural decisions and long-term technical vision
  • Help scale systems, processes, and culture as we grow
