Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering management. Metalforming experience is required.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of impression die hot forging processes, materials, and tooling. Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DEFORM simulation software.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high -performing engineering teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong collaborative spirit.
  • Problem -Solving & Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem -solving, analytical, and decision -making abilities.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $170,000 to $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Discretionary Bonus: 15%
  • Relocation Package: $15,000 - $25,000
