Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering management. Metalforming experience is required.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of impression die hot forging processes, materials, and tooling. Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DEFORM simulation software.
Lean Manufacturing: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high -performing engineering teams.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong collaborative spirit.
Problem -Solving & Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem -solving, analytical, and decision -making abilities.

Benefits

Base Salary: $170,000 to $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
Discretionary Bonus: 15%
Relocation Package: $15,000 - $25,000
