Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together YOUR MISSION True Anomaly is seeking an innovative RF Engineering Manager to lead a small, agile team for the design, development, integration, and testing of spacecraft RF communications systems. As an engineering lead, you will be responsible for driving high level architecture development and the design, implementation, and testing of RF systems across our space and ground hardware, with a forward looking perspective to bring key differentiation capabilities to the platform. This role will encompass technical contribution and people management. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the highest level of quality, reliability, and performance of our spacecraft. You will own the full lifecycle of your system, from concept through on-orbit operation. As manager, you will be responsible for growing and advocating for your team, developing and maintaining schedules and budgets, leading technical trades, and ensuring on-time delivery of your product.
