Within Waymo's Perception Eval, the Hillclimbing & Launch Eval team is dedicated to enabling rapid, actionable, and smooth development cycles and releases for all of Perception. We design, build, and enhance critical evaluation workflows and are ultimately accountable for the quality and efficiency of the eval process. Our work empowers teams across Perception to effectively hillclimb model performance and software quality, ensuring successful and safe launches.
