About The Position

About the Team DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager with strong product sense to lead two high-impact teams: Fleets and Delivery Experience(Delivery Exp) . The Fleets team is building a world-class Fleets product to accelerate Drive’s growth across multiple verticals, including prescription (Rx), automotive, healthcare, catering, and beyond. This team is at the forefront of scaling and augmenting our fleet network to meet the evolving needs of Drive and its partners. The Delivery Exp team is focused on building best-in-class experiences for both Dashers (Dx) and Drive Customers (Cx). The north star metric is improving delivery quality across all Drive deliveries—raising reliability, transparency, and customer satisfaction at scale. Both teams are full-stack, spanning backend, frontend, and mobile engineering. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead both the Delivery XP and Fleets teams within DoorDash Drive. This role is central to shaping the future of Drive by improving delivery quality metrics, scaling our Fleets product, and expanding into emerging verticals. You will guide teams in building robust systems and customer-facing experiences while ensuring reliability, scalability, and engineering velocity to support Drive’s growth at global scale. Beyond optimizing existing systems, you will also champion 0→1 initiatives—identifying, launching, and growing new products that unlock untapped opportunities and strengthen Drive’s delivery backbone.
