About The Position

The Engineering Intern will provide support to all Engineering and Planning departments. You will be introduced to and participate in day-to-day responsibilities and operations. Additionally, you will gain knowledge of the midstream water business including Salt Water Disposal facilities and pipelines. The internship may include a summer project to be completed and presented at the end of the internship period. This position will be in Houston, Texas. Salary commensurate with experience. Requirements

Pursuing a 4-year college bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Ability to interact/communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and management.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship experience in the oil and gas industry.
On track to graduate in December 2026 or May 2027.

Responsibilities

Supports all Engineering and Planning functions by performing daily tasks and assisting with projects.
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written materials.
Maintains high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy when working on complex projects.
Makes recommendations to improve processes.
Attends and participates in staff meetings.
Maintains confidentiality and integrity when working with sensitive information and materials.
Complete projects and make recommendations.
Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.
Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.
Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.
