This internship opportunity will help support the Engineering team at our Pirson Parkway facility in Tonawanda, NY. Purpose: Provide a student interested in engineering exposure and experience in a manufacturing setting while helping with production reporting, yield loss analysis/improvement, troubleshooting process incidents, management of change (MOC), and root cause analysis/corrective actions (RCA/CA). Objectives: Establish safe working habits Student exposure to the manufacturing industry Familiarize working within cross-functional teams Awareness of how the individual’s contributions impact the plant Participate in continuous improvement projects Goal: Complete engineering tasks/projects and present outcomes of engineering work at the end of the summer to plant and corporate leadership

Requirements

• Must be working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Ceramic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• This internship is for Summer 2026.
