About The Position

What You Will Do: Embody Mid-States core values (i.e. make decisions with values as a guide) Exhibit resilience and a positive attitude Adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges and change Work independently throughout the warehouse Work closely with the management team to develop and implement short and long-term solutions Support the safety program to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all team members Operate MHE equipment: forklift, turret truck, rider pallet jacks, hand jack, and other MHE as necessary Performs other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in engineering (ideally mechanical, industrial, or related)
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal relationship skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• A passion for creating exceptional workplace cultures and employee experiences
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google products
