About The Position

The Village of Ashwaubenon Public Works, Engineering, Building Inspection, Water / Sewer, & GIS Departments are jointly looking for an individual to fill a Engineering/GIS Aide position. Essential Functions: Job duties vary greatly & most will be acquired/taught. They include and are not limited to; Data entry, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), filing, large format scanning, taking photographs, running errands, assisting with special projects & proposals, etc. This position reports to the Village of Ashwaubenon GIS Coordinator.

Requirements

Strong organization skills
Ability to be detail oriented
Ability to work independently and self-starter
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge of computers
Ideal for a high school student interested in pursuing or currently enrolled in a degree program in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's license with a good driving record.
