Requirements

  • At least two years of technical work experience or technical education.
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings.
  • This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in assembly of electronics.
  • Experience with manufacturing production control systems.
  • Prior experience in operation and programming of automated production equipment, including automated optical inspection systems.
  • Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshoot skills.
  • Experience with solder reflow processes and equipment.
  • Ability to evaluate technical manufacturing acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Train operators on process skills and machine operation for electronics manufacturing.
  • Perform machine program and settings changes, and assist with setup and daily operation.
  • Troubleshoot processes and equipment, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new automated manufacturing equipment and technologies.
  • Support new product introductions and technology rollouts while fostering effective team communication.
