The Engineering Early Career Development Manager will lead the Global Products and Solutions engineering early talent program, overseeing the development of interns and rotational associates across various engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, systems). This role will focus on building a strong pipeline of engineering talent through structured development programs, including learning and development, performance management, leadership training, employee assessment, and early succession planning. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering Excellence with a dotted line to the Global Director, Fin & Proc Early Talent. You will also collaborate with engineering leaders, HR, and Learning & Development partners to ensure a high-quality experience and successful career progression for participants. This role is preferably onsite at any one of our engineering offices in the following locations: Milwaukee, WI Marinette, WI Cranston, RI New Freedom, PA Waynesboro, PA Fishers, IN
